SHIPPING INFORMATION

Make sure you enter the correct shipping address before submitting your order. I only ship within the U.S.

Rates for shipping are calculated based on the weight of your package and your location. If you would like to save money on shipping I offer free local delivery in Sonoma, CA. Select this option at check-out to arrange delivery.

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were entered incorrectly at checkout and cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

All of the candles are inspected before packaging/shipping to ensure that they are sent out in perfect condition. Once you have received your order, thoroughly check the items. If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged or incorrect in any way, please email me within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a picture of the damaged item(s) and box as well as a description of the issue and we will send replacements.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of your purchase.
